Core Features

Dynamic Loot Zones

Create scavenging zones anywhere in the world, alleyways, warehouses, rooftops, interiors, abandoned tunnels.
Each zone has its own:

  • loot tables

  • cooldown timers

  • item pools

  • zone-specific behaviours

No limits. No map restrictions.

Advanced Rarity + Weighted Loot System

Control every drop rate with surgical precision.
Define:

  • common, uncommon, rare, ultra-rare tiers

  • item weights

  • minimum/maximum roll counts

  • zone-specific rarity curves

  • custom loot pools

All handled through a clean, documented config.

Clean UI Notifications

A built-in notification engine fires when:

  • players find items

  • cooldowns trigger

  • zones reset

  • inventory runs full

  • scavenging fails or succeeds

The UI is lightweight, responsive, and editable.

You drop zones anywhere on the map, rooftops, alleys, warehouses, interiors; and each one can have its own loot pool, rarity curve, and cooldowns. The config is written so you can shape the entire experience without digging into the code. If you want scrap-heavy starter zones, do it. If you want ultra-rare crafting mats tucked away in abandoned buildings, that works too.

Everything players find can feed directly into your existing progression: crafting, trading, black-market jobs, survival loops, whatever you’re running. Scavenging naturally pushes people into exploring corners of the city they’d normally ignore, and the system takes care of the item logic for you, all server-side and optimised to stay basically idle when no one is looting.

The notification system is built-in and clean, so players actually know what they picked up and why. it all works without needing a rewrite, because the script normalises items internally before rolling rewards.

The config includes an example setup so you can see how to build loot tables properly, add custom items, tweak rarity, or rebalance your progression curve. You stay in control of how rewarding each zone feels; the script stays out of the way and just does its job.

Everything runs clean, everything is open-source, and the design is intentionally simple to work with. No forced dependencies, no weird hidden logic, just a proper scavenging engine that fits into a modern QB-Core server without the usual headaches.

That’s the point of AJD-Scavenge:
a lightweight, fully configurable looting system that makes your map feel alive without costing performance or development time.
